Our Mandate
Our mandate is to promote acquisition of knowledge and skills empowerment for poverty eradication and employment creation and realization of vision 2030 through innovation, specifically the section will:
- Coordinate and supervise practical research into culinary trends, institutional catering models, and modern apparel design systems.
- Impart advanced technical skills relating to Food & Beverage production, service operations, salon management, and fashion design.
- Regularly evaluate trainees in real-world simulation environments to maintain strict quality and service benchmarks.
- Present qualified candidates for final national external evaluation, certification, and verification by CDACC.
